Welcome to VGO Bazaar ("Platform"), an online hyper-local e-commerce directory owned and operated by VgoBazaar Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior individual notification. Continued usage of the Platform represents acceptance of all updated terms.

To place orders on VGO Bazaar, you must register for a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, or security token).
• You assume full liability for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel pending inquiries, or refuse access at our sole discretion for violations of these policies.

VGO Bazaar functions as a local commerce aggregator/marketplace directory. It is critical for all users to understand our operational model:

Because of this seller-fulfillment structure:

• The contract of sale is strictly bilateral between the customer and the delivering merchant.
• Delivery times, item availability, and product packaging depend entirely on the respective local store.
• Customers are encouraged to contact the store owner directly via the phone or WhatsApp options provided on their order receipt drawer for tracking or rescheduling.

Currently, VGO Bazaar operates exclusively under the **Cash on Delivery (COD)** model. Online payment options (such as direct credit cards, net banking, or digital wallets) are disabled or listed as "Coming Soon."

• Doorstep Payment: You are legally obligated to make full payment for all products ordered to the seller's delivery agent immediately upon physical handover at your address.
• Accepted Payment Modes: Payment should be made in physical currency or via instant mobile UPI directly to the delivery agent's merchant QR code, as accepted by the delivering shop.
• Order Rejections: Frequent arbitrary rejections of COD shipments upon arrival will lead to permanent restrictions on your account's ordering capabilities.

You agree to use VGO Bazaar solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Inputting fraudulent or fake delivery address details.
• Creating duplicate dummy accounts to exploit local promotional offers or seller vouchers.
• Abusing store owners or their delivery staff verbally or physically.
• Using automated systems (bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to collect pricing tables or copy product information from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws:

• VGO Bazaar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that seller listings, stock indications, or description details are 100% accurate or error-free.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of products supplied by the local independent merchants.
• VgoBazaar Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from transaction disputes, delivery delays, or merchant actions.
